Great question! We want our owners to be actively involved even if they hire an administrative manager to oversee day-to-day scheduling. Franchise owners will focus on marketing and developing referrals.
SOLENVIA Caregivers is designed for growth. The model is built to scale across multiple territories, and owners who commit to more than one territory upfront receive discounted initial franchise fees.
SOLENVIA can be operated from either a qualified home office or a leased office space, typically between 1,200 and 1,800 square feet, depending on your state’s requirements. Many states require a commercial office, and we provide specific site criteria to help you evaluate and select a compliant, high-performing location for your management office.
You should be able to launch in 3 to 4 months, depending on how quickly you complete the pre-opening steps and training.
Typically between 3 and 5 employees are needed, these will be both full-time and hourly, part-time employees to fill client scheduling needs with caregivers.
Startup funding includes the initial franchise fee and other estimated costs such as 3rd party professional fees, insurance, equipment, technology/software, vehicles, launch marketing and 3-months of working capital.
To help you determine if you meet our financial requirements, we work with a preferred third-party financial pre-qualifier. They will review your financial profile and let you know if you qualify. If you need financing, they can also help you explore funding options.
We will be able to share our Financial Performance Representation, called an Item 19, in our Franchise Disclosure Document which highlights affiliate performance and history. This can be a useful tool to help you evaluate the revenue potential of your individual business.
